Is UnaCasePro HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We built it for protected health information from day one, and it's hosted in Microsoft Azure Government Cloud. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every customer.

Does the AI send client data to an outside company?

No. Summaries run on our own AI server inside Azure Government. That server is locked down with zero outbound traffic, so your data never leaves our environment. Case notes don't go to ChatGPT or any other AI company.

Which programs does it support?

TB tracking, TCM, MCAH, CCS, CHDP and more. There are 20+ report templates built in, and a point-and-click builder for anything else.

Do we need our IT department to set it up?

Not to run it. It's in the cloud, so there's nothing to install or maintain. If you're moving records over from another system, that's a custom migration, and we'll work out with you what we need from your side.
